How Keenline works.

1. 01The service

   Keenline gathers open solicitations from official City of LA, LADWP, and LA County public sources so companies can find, filter, and keep track of them. It is not a government portal, does not submit bids, and does not represent an agency.

2. 02Sources and responsibility

   Listings come from City of LA (RAMP), LADWP (eRSP), and LA County Public Works public sources and are checked several times a day, but a listing can change after Keenline last checked it. The official listing is the record: check its requirements, addenda, and deadline there, and complete the official submission yourself. Fit marks reflect only what you told Keenline and are not advice.

3. 03Workspace plan

   Browsing is free. The private workspace is $25/month for the first 3 months, then $40/month, with one company, up to five members, and 1 GB of file storage. Stripe handles checkout and billing. Optional processing is bounded by the paid-period allowance and has no automatic overage charge.

4. 04Processing and exports

   Selected workspace material may be processed by OpenAI when your team requests optional assistance. Outputs require human review. Exports are review packets for your team and are not proof of submission, receipt, acceptance, evaluation, or award.

5. 05Cancellation and access

   After cancellation or paid-period expiry, existing workspace material remains available for reading and export. New preparation actions may be restricted. Keenline does not automatically delete existing workspace material as part of this release.
