Questions
How does the free trial work?
Sign in with your email and you get 14 days of everything, with no card. If you choose a plan during the trial, you aren't charged until the trial ends. If you don't, Keenline goes back to the free preview: you still see every open bid and its deadline.
Can I cancel?
Any time, from your account. Your plan runs to the end of the period you paid for, and nothing renews after that.
Where do the bids come from?
From the official portals, checked through the day: the City of Los Angeles' RAMP, LADWP's eRSP, LA County Public Works, LA County Solicitations (every County department), and Long Beach Buys. Each solicitation appears once, even when it is posted on two portals. Award results come from the City's open data and the County's published bid results.
Does Keenline take my bid?
No. You submit on the agency's portal. Keenline finds the work, tells you what it takes, and keeps you on time.
How does Team work?
The owner pays and adds up to four teammates by email from their account. Each teammate signs in with their own address and gets everything in Pro.
