What Keenline keeps, and what it does not.

  1. 01Browsing without an account

    Keenline shows official City of LA, LADWP, and LA County Public Works notices. Browsing, filtering, and opening notices need no account. Keenline is not a government portal and does not take bids.

  2. 02What stays in your browser

    What you tell Keenline about your company, the notices you star, and when you last visited are kept in this browser's local storage so the site can mark fits and new notices. They are not sent to Keenline. Clearing this site's data in your browser removes them.

  3. 03Signing in

    Signing in is only needed to save searches and open them from any browser. Sign-in uses a one-time code sent to your email; there is no password. Keenline keeps your email address and the searches you save.

  4. 04Analytics

    Keenline collects limited product events and performance data, such as the page, the event name (opening a notice, starring one, adding a deadline to a calendar), and an anonymous session identifier. A first-party campaign cookie lasts up to 30 days; campaign tags can be associated with your verified account and company to measure setup, activation, billing and use. Events never include your company answers, response text, or document contents. Optional analytics services are used only when configured.

  5. 05Company workspaces

    For companies that use a private workspace, it stores the company profile, pursuits, original documents, requirements, responses, calendar items, company library material, and outcomes that the team chooses to add, scoped to the company and its members. Optional AI assistance sends selected workspace material to OpenAI for bounded processing, and optional notifications use Resend when enabled by the workspace. Local drafts of responses and profiles may be kept in the browser for recovery.

  6. 06Payments and access

    Stripe handles checkout and billing details; Keenline does not keep card numbers. The workspace is $25/month for the first 3 months, then $40/month. After paid access expires, existing workspace material remains available to read and export; new preparation actions may be restricted.
