Where these come from
RAMP: the City of Los Angeles’ “RAMP Opportunity Awards” dataset on data.lacity.org. An award amount is as RAMP publishes it and can be a contract’s ceiling; when RAMP lists one amount for every vendor on a solicitation, Keenline says so and leaves it out of company totals. LA County Public Works: the Awarded and Closed Infrastructure Projects on the County’s contracts site, with each project’s low bid and its bid summary (every bid as read at the opening). A job order contract is bid as a factor on the County’s prices, so it shows a factor, not dollars. Refreshed twice a day.
